Rugby Golf course is an 18-hole, short but challenging course following the meandering Clifton Brook.
The course has seen many changes over the years and is thought by many professionals and amateurs alike that although not long, 5614 yards, par 68, its many natural features make it a thinking mans course. One of its features is the now redundant railway viaduct built circa 1885. It is a friendly club and together with its splendid layout makes it well worth a visit.
PGA qualified professional, David Quinn has joined the club and offers members and visitors a fully stocked shop complete with repair service, tuition and free expert advice.
The clubhouse at Rugby Golf Club has recently been refurbished and has a full time steward. The bar is open from 11am until 11pm most days in the summer and during the winter, the bar closes earlier. Food is available each day whether it be bar snacks or full meals.
